The AI Readiness Assessment covers all 15 dimensions of our AI Readiness Framework, applied to your organisation. You receive a maturity score for each dimension, a prioritised list of recommendations, and a 90-minute presentation of findings to your leadership team. The written report is yours to keep and share internally.

Typically 3-4 weeks from kick-off to final presentation. This includes stakeholder interviews, document review, and scoring. We work around your team's availability rather than imposing a rigid schedule.

No. The AI Readiness Assessment includes everything in the Toolkit plus expert-led analysis. The Toolkit exists for organisations that want to do initial self-assessment before committing to a guided engagement. Some clients use the Toolkit first, then move to the Assessment for external validation.

The Workshop is a facilitated session — typically half-day or full-day — where we guide your team through the framework together. The Assessment is a comprehensive independent evaluation over 3–4 weeks, including stakeholder interviews, a 20-page board-ready report, and executive presentation. The Assessment is for organisations that need external validation and a document their board can act on.

It means every AI interaction has an audit trail, cost controls, and admin oversight. Your team gets access to AI assistants, but management retains visibility into usage patterns, spending, and content. This is the difference between giving staff ChatGPT logins and providing a controlled AI environment.

The Platform provides API endpoints for integration with your existing systems. It is designed to complement rather than replace your current technology stack. During the setup phase, we assess your integration requirements and configure accordingly.

The one-time setup fee covers initial configuration, team structure design, admin training, integration work, and the first round of AI assistant customisation. Setup is scoped during the initial conversation and depends on integration complexity and team structure.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be added to invoices for UK-based clients. Clients outside the UK may be subject to different tax treatment depending on jurisdiction.

We do not offer a free trial, but we do offer a 30-day satisfaction review. If the Platform is not meeting agreed expectations within the first month, we will work with you to resolve concerns or agree an early exit. We would rather lose a client honestly than keep one who is unhappy.
